Street and Utility Update
Dear Residents,
Here is an update on the Street and Utility work. All timelines listed below are subject to change due to weather conditions or equipment breakdowns.
Georgetown Drive, Windsor Drive, & Eton Court
Dorner Inc. has completed the utilities this week. The utility work will be followed by the road work. Dorner Inc. will begin the roadwork April 29th. The roadwork involves removing 14 inches of existing asphalt, base and spreading 9 inches of new base course.
Edgewater Drive, Birch Street, & Sunnyside Lane
Dorner Inc. has finished the sanitary sewer on all these streets and will begin working on the water main April 29th. After the water main is complete, they will begin relaying sanitary laterals and water services up to the property line.
We ask for your patience during the construction. All work within the right-of-way is scheduled to be completed by August 23, 2024. The lead service work outside of the right-of-way is scheduled to be completed by October 31, 2024. If you have any questions, concerns, or special requests, please let me know.
